You'll experience a mastermind where you get access to pre-work, short courses, and a LIVE strategic planning day on December 13th, where we'll create your 2023 Action & Communications Plan.

Plan Your 2023 Like A CEO is a one-day LIVE mastermind that includes a pre-mastermind digital workbook, short-video courses to guide you as you complete the workbook, access to the LIVE mastermind session on December 13th, a strategic planning checklist, and a quarterly one-page Action Plan template.

During the LIVE session, you'll get to create your 2023 one-page strategic plan with my guidance. I'll guide you through the strategic planning process, and you'll get access to the Action Plan template to complete during the call.
I'll also answer your questions LIVE, share examples, and provide feedback during the call.

You'll experience a mixture of strategic planning, anti-racist business development, project management frameworks, and the Unstoppable Blueprint, my proprietary framework.
I do encourage you to identify how much it has cost you to not have a research-focused plan in place to run and grow your business. What you'll complete by the end of the program is a plan of action to follow and assess through the upcoming year.
